Q: What is your return policy?

A: We do not accept returns or make any refunds, we only offer exchanges for items purchased within 10 days of receipt. Please note that our pieces are very limited, so we encourage you to review our sizing chart and product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.

Q: How do I initiate an exchange?

A: To initiate an exchange, please send an email to beadkinisinfo@gmail.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange. Our customer service team will respond to your email promptly with instructions on how to proceed. Please keep in mind that exchange a product does not mean you will get money refunded to you.

A: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Yes, we offer international shipping to various destinations worldwide. Our international shipping costs are based on the pricing provided and calculated by Shopify's integrated shipping system. The costs can vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. However, we are actively considering alternative methods to cater to international customers, such as partnerships with international retailers or distribution centers. 

Q: Pre-orders to Beirut, Lebanon, the shipping rate and delivery time?

A: We're thrilled to announce that we now offer pre-orders for selected items to our customers in Lebanon. The shipping rate is a fixed $10 (USD) for pre-ordered items. This rate covers the cost of shipping your product directly to your doorstep in Lebanon. Once the product lands in Lebanon, we aim to deliver your pre-ordered item to your house within 2-5 business days. However, the whole process could take up to 3 weeks, or less, to fulfil.
